Position: Marketing Manager

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate degree required; MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of computer operations, digital tools, and MS Office.
• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, hospital promotions, or community outreach is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media pages, and online branding.
• Plan and execute promotional events, eye camps, and outreach programs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with doctors, clinics, and local communities.
• Prepare marketing reports, track performance, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with management to meet hospital growth and awareness goals.
